About The Position

Earthbound Trading Company is seeking a Store Manager for their #362 Gatlinburg location. The Store Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer relationships, staffing, merchandising, inventory control, administrative tasks, and banking responsibilities. Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store.
Manage sales and cultivate excellent customer relationships.
Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed with a strong sales team.
Maintain proper merchandising standards, ensuring freight is on the sales floor within 48 hours.
Handle inventory control, administrative duties, and banking responsibilities.
