About The Position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will be a leader in the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. You will ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store operations, focusing on maintaining assigned budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follows safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies. You will also ensure the store always looks its best.

Requirements

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
1 year of previous sales management experience.
Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Nice To Haves

Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
