Cosmetics Retail Store Manager (Miami Beach, FL) – Be Part of a New K-Beauty Store Launch!
About The Position
We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for hiring and training staff, supervising and assisting employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions. They will also develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Additionally, the Store Manager will ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets, cross-train employees, manage controllable expenses, and maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred)
- Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.

- Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
- Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
- Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
- Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
- Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
- Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
