About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy for customers and make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming place for the community. The role involves running the business and developing team partners through coaching and mentoring. The position requires full-time availability, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week and variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
At least a high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
