The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of the Customer Experience, meeting service level agreements for in-store services and order fulfillment, and providing an exceptional omni-channel experience. This role also involves overseeing operations such as visual compliance, store maintenance, pricing standards, and implementing standard operating procedures. The Store Manager is accountable for delivering annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards, and rigid inventory control, while ensuring compliance with all corporate policies. Additionally, the Store Manager is responsible for creating efficient store weekly schedules and developing and leading the recruiting and hiring strategy for the store to maintain a complete team.
