Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other customer-focused service industries
At least 2 years of management experience with responsibility for financial results in a high-volume retail environment, including P&L accountability
Proven ability to create, foster, and maintain a customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional service and drives business success

Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
Create schedules and ensure proper staffing for efficient store operations.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales.
Manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and store financial performance.
Handle cash, deposits, reporting, and store transactions accurately and securely.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
Conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards.
Lead with professionalism, accountability, and a strong team-first attitude.
