Woodville For Your Home is seeking an experienced, results-driven Store Manager to lead store operations, develop employees, and drive business growth. As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, collections, employee development, inventory management, and overall store profitability. Requirements

  • Previous management experience in retail, rent-to-own, customer service, or a related industry
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing teams
  • Strong sales, collections, and customer service background
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate others and drive results
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when needed

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members
  • Coach employees to achieve sales, collections, and customer service goals
  • Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Develop future leaders within the organization
  • Manage all day-to-day store operations
  • Drive sales growth, customer retention, and revenue performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies
  • Oversee collections efforts and account management activities
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and protection of company assets
  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their rental experience
  • Maintain showroom standards and store appearance
  • Lead by example in delivering a customer-first experience
  • Oversee cash management, deposits, and store reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Monitor delivery operations, vehicle maintenance, and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
