Requirements

Enthusiasm for all things beauty.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
Ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
Flexible, self-motivated, and driven.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Superior time management skills; ability to complete tasks on time and on budget.
Knowledge of computer systems including Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
Problem-solving skills; highly responsible and 100% reliable.

Responsibilities

Manage retail operations, including analyzing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes.
Oversee and book guest appointments.
Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets, leveraging proven experience and a passion for beauty.
Ensure the salon is kept clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to Chatters’ standards.
Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing, acting as the resident expert on all products.
Monitor budgets, manage payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods.
Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
