Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for all things beauty.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and driven.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Superior time management skills; ability to complete tasks on time and on budget.
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
  • Problem-solving skills; highly responsible and 100% reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage retail operations, including analyzing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes.
  • Oversee and book guest appointments.
  • Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets, leveraging proven experience and a passion for beauty.
  • Ensure the salon is kept clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to Chatters’ standards.
  • Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing, acting as the resident expert on all products.
  • Monitor budgets, manage payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods.
  • Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
