Flynn’s Tire is opening a new location in Allison Park and is seeking an experienced Manager to take their career to the next level. Requirements

Management Experience REQUIRED.
Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
Proven experience in data analysis and use to make sound business decisions.
Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
