About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Create Incredible Customer Experiences: Lead your team in helping every customer find the right bike, gear, and service for their needs and goals.
  • Build a culture where customer relationships, trust, and long-term loyalty come first.
  • Ensure your store consistently delivers enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
  • Act as a visible, engaged cycling advocate in the local community.
  • Build & Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, coach, and develop a team that is passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
  • Inspire and mentor employees to grow their skills and confidence in both sales and service.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and team-first environment where people enjoy coming to work.
  • Lead by example with energy, accountability, and strong communication.
  • Drive Store Operations & Performance: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and consistency.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure completion across all areas of the business.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll alignment, and overall staff productivity.
  • Oversee inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results.
  • Maintain high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Strengthen the Business & Community Presence: Collaborate on local marketing initiatives and events to grow the customer base.
  • Partner with other locations to build a strong, unified company culture.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve operations, team performance, and the customer experience.
