Melanie Lyne is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead its first-ever luxury concept store in Canada at Sherway Gardens. This is more than a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of luxury retail, curate unforgettable client experiences, and lead a team of talented stylists in an upscale, high-touch environment. Laura Canada is a family-owned retailer housing two iconic women’s fashion apparel brands, Laura and Melanie Lyne. Based in Laval, Quebec, we design, produce, market and sell our fashion collections across Canada. Requirements
- Experienced in luxury retail management, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Passionate about women’s fashion, styling, and creating elevated client experiences.
- Skilled in hosting, curating, and leading in-store events that engage and delight premium clientele.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Results-driven, strategic, and hands-on, with a keen eye for detail in operations and client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of excellence, style, and service.
- Develop and execute exclusive luxury client experiences, including cocktail-style events, VIP shopping evenings, and personalized wardrobe consultations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, creating memorable moments that reflect the sophistication and elegance of the Melanie Lyne brand.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies that ensure the store exceeds targets.
- Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, staffing, inventory management, and maintaining a polished, luxurious store environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Melanie Lyne with professionalism, style, and refinement.
