Requirements

• Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong operational management expertise combined with people leadership skills
• Experienced in motivating, coaching, and leading teams to consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs
• Skilled in cultivating and maintaining a dedicated VIP client base
• Passionate about fashion with a keen interest in building a retail management career in the premium fashion industry

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance through strong commercial decision-making and sales analysis
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to maximise sales, productivity, and profitability
• Create memorable and authentic customer experiences
• Maintain exceptional inventory standards through proactive stock control and organisation
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining high-impact visual standards
