About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team that creates welcoming moments of connection and joy for the community. The role involves running the business while leading with craft and heart, and supporting team partners through coaching and mentoring. Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country where applying.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
