About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. The role is responsible for running the coffeehouse and creating meaningful moments for the community, while leading with craft and heart. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and professional maturity when coaching and mentoring team partners.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
