Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail management with a strong focus on driving sales and profit goals.
- Expertise in business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting associate growth.
- Strong customer service orientation with skills in resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Experience in executing business plans, analyzing economic trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethical standards, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- 4 years general management experience to include financial accountability.
- 4 years’ experience supervising 50 or more exempt and non-exempt associates/employees to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
- Associates will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

- Oversee execution of business plans, removing obstacles and adapting strategies to meet operational needs.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards throughout the store.
