About The Position
Wireless Zone® is the nation's largest Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer franchise, with over 750 locations nationwide. JH Cellular is a strong operator within this network, managing 12 locations across Southwest and Southeast Florida. They foster a team-first culture, provide real support, and focus on internal growth. This role is for a Store Manager who will be the core of the store's operations, responsible for results, team development, and building a successful store environment, supported by the Wireless Zone brand. The position offers competitive pay above the market average, with earnings directly reflecting effort.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
- 1–3 years of management or team leadership
- High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
- Someone who leads from the floor — not just the back office
