Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar role
• A passion for fashion, styling, and customer service
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• The ability to motivate teams and create a positive store culture
• Confidence in driving performance, achieving targets, and managing store operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A results-driven mindset and a hands-on leadership approach
