About The Position

Beyond Yoga, a premium active lifestyle brand, is seeking a Store Manager for its Henderson, TX location. Headquartered in Los Angeles and founded in 2005, Beyond Yoga is known for its body-positive approach and luxuriously soft fabrics. The brand, now part of Levi Strauss & Co., has a strong market presence through wholesale accounts and an expanding brick-and-mortar footprint. The Store Manager will lead the retail team to achieve sales goals, manage store operations, ensure an excellent in-store customer experience, and foster a positive and inclusive store culture. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills, with a focus on driving employee engagement and sales performance.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the retail team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and meeting store financial plans.
Assess and strategize to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, etc.).
Recruit, hire, and make termination decisions for all store personnel, including management.
Manage employee relations, including coaching and conflict resolution, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires on company culture, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
Coach staff to increase their knowledge and provide opportunities for continued development and succession planning.
Achieve payroll plan by managing store schedules and monitoring labor costs.
Ensure sound inventory management through accurate receiving and sending of merchandise.
Prevent loss by educating associates on customer service and monitoring store activity.
Perform store visual standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed for store layout.
Ensure product is displayed in a compelling manner that tells a story through styling.
Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor through planning and directing replenishment.
Create a compelling store experience by engaging and modeling appropriate selling and service behaviors.
Build relationships naturally, embrace individuality, and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with the store team and Home Office on building community connections and executing events.
Act as a brand ambassador embodying and cultivating the company’s core values.
