About The Position

Allure Intimate Apparel specializes in bra fittings, sleepwear, lingerie and shape wear. We help our customers, of every shape and every size, feel BEAUTIFUL! We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for selling products, managing staff, merchandising and providing customer services in a professional and warm retail setting. The ideal candidate likes working with all kinds of people, enjoys helping people feel good about themselves, wants a rewarding sales job and works well as a team.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of task management prioritization.
• Sales, sales management and customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Explain products and provide accurate bra fittings
• Train new hires and engage in on-going training as needed
• Monitor and store operations and inventory
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly
