About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Orlando Marketplace location. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for creating the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and possess a passion for fashion and brand heritage. They should be able to build relationships, foster an inclusive environment, make decisions with courage, and drive performance to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience required.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and motivating others.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
