About The Position
The Store Manager conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The role leads staff development and customer service, drives sales and business results, manages store operations and personnel, and ensures Health & Safety standards are met and documented. The Store Manager also builds community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Requirements
- Five years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, time management, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem-resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Four-year degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop staff, deliver exceptional customer service, support the merchant group, and solve problems.
- Achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage personnel activities, including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining staff.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Evaluate and address performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Motivate, develop, and inspire the team while fostering an empowered organization.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled and support store staff in maintaining high standards.
- Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures and ensure related documentation is recorded and maintained.
