About The Position

CosmoProf is seeking a passionate and talented Store Manager to bring leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented and dynamic environment. As part of one of the largest hair and beauty suppliers in the world, the Store Manager will be an innovator, role model, and coach who drives results and the development of associates. The primary role involves managing talent, inspiring the team, ensuring a great customer experience, and overseeing all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals. This includes maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed. The Store Manager will also foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Requirements

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Nice To Haves

Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Responsibilities
