Responsibilities

Spend 60% of time in sales, including providing excellent customer service, mentoring new employees, giving constructive feedback, and setting sales goals.
Spend 40% of time in operations, including scheduling/time and attendance, onboarding, recruitment, employee discipline, and store maintenance.
Lead a team of 5-8 employees.
Organically cultivate teams by setting company standards and store goals through positive reinforcement.
Ensure proper communication and flexibility for schedule mishaps or staff shortages.
