About The Position

Join our Manager Training Program for 6 months and gear up to lead with enthusiasm. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service, inspiring and energizing the sales team, keeping the store inviting and easy to shop, leading daily operations, and ensuring tasks are completed. You will tackle guest, vendor, or team issues smoothly, oversee training, and stay sharp on new products. Additionally, you will monitor sales trends, set goals, forecast future success, and maintain store cleanliness from front to back. Jump into a role where leadership meets fun!

Requirements

• Three or more years of store management experience in an apparel and/or footwear retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Available to work 45 hours a week
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
