About The Position

The Store Manager leads a Starbucks coffeehouse and its team, creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy quality coffee. The role combines business leadership with a focus on meaningful customer experiences, team development, and community connection. The position is full-time and regularly requires more than 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
Ability to work full-time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
