About The Position

Direct Tools Factory Outlet, a division of TTI Power Equipment, has an immediate need for a Store Manager. This opportunity combines selling, relationship retailing and store operations. The ideal candidate will excel in store operations and will lead a team while increasing sales and profits of the store. This position involves a lot of customer interaction that will enable you to make an impact on all aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' retail supervisory/management experience required.
• Computer skills necessary: Microsoft Office suite.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point proficient.
• Must be customer focused and sales driven.
• Ability to lift heavy packages in excess of 40lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, evenings/days/weekends.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• TTI brand product knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of TeamWork software preferred.
