This role is for a Store Manager in the Banbury/Worcester Area. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual, and people performance to meet key retail metrics. They will set the strategy and direction for the store, ensuring every colleague understands and delivers their part. The role involves owning the change agenda, landing transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency, and pace. A key aspect is building a high-performance culture through coaching managers, growing talent, and creating a positive store environment. The Store Manager will use data and insight to make decisions that drive profit, improve service, and boost efficiency, while also driving digital adoption and omnichannel capability. They will act as the voice of their store, representing their people and addressing areas for improvement. Creating an exceptional customer journey through consistent standards, inspiring visual merchandising, and diverse teams is also a core responsibility.
