About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the business and helping the coffeehouse become a place where the community feels welcome. The position offers developmental experiences and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead the coffeehouse team in creating meaningful moments of connection and providing a welcoming customer experience.
Run the coffeehouse business.
Coach and mentor team partners.
