About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented retail environment focused on hair and beauty products. The manager oversees talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive an excellent experience and solutions tailored to their hair and beauty needs. The role manages store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform work involving long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• A cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
