About The Position

We’re seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. This role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, delegating store activities for smooth daily operations, and leading, training, and developing store associates to foster a culture of growth. The Store Manager Trainee will also be responsible for providing customers with a positive shopping experience, safeguarding company assets, building community relationships through outreach and partnerships, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Additionally, they will implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.

Requirements

Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
Excellent communication skills are required
Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Retail management experience is preferred
