Requirements

  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) and perform tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail management experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
  • Oversee daily activities including opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with safety and company regulations.
  • Implement corporate merchandising directives, maintain high standards for store appearance, and manage stock levels to maximize sales.
  • Drive sales and control expenses to meet or exceed profit goals.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring high levels of customer service across the store.
