Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) and perform tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling.

Nice To Haves

Retail management experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Oversee daily activities including opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with safety and company regulations.
Implement corporate merchandising directives, maintain high standards for store appearance, and manage stock levels to maximize sales.
Drive sales and control expenses to meet or exceed profit goals.
Maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring high levels of customer service across the store.
