About The Position
As a Store Manager Trainee, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be on the front lines, learning the technical craft and the operational grit required to run a successful Colliflower store. This isn't just a job; it's a mentorship. We provide the roadmap for you to transition from Trainee to Store Manager. You will receive hands-on training in fluid connector technology (Hydraulics) across multiple regional locations. Our schedule is Monday – Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Join a company with over 70 years of "Exceeding Expectations" and a massive footprint on the East Coast.
Requirements
- Mechanical Aptitude: You like figuring out how things work.
- People Skills: You are personable, professional, and can communicate effectively with everyone.
- The Hustle: You are a self-motivated "self-starter" who handles multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and a willingness to travel regionally to various store locations.
- Valid driver’s license (good driving record), reliable personal transportation, and a High School diploma/GED.
- Proficiency with math, measurements, and basic computer systems is a must.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom hose assemblies and become a trusted expert in hose technology.
- Manage inventory levels, handle parts counter sales, and maintain a brand-consistent facility.
- Solve complex problems for our customers, ensuring every contact with Colliflower is a win.
