Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist
About The Position
Colliflower is looking for a Store Manager Trainee to join our Horsham, PA team. This is a paid, comprehensive training program designed to teach you every aspect of our business—from mechanical hose assembly to inventory management and sales. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will learn to manage all operations of a Colliflower store. We will train you in customer service, industrial hose assembly, and inventory management. We are looking for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow professionally. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing work experience.
- You enjoy working with your hands and have an interest in how things work.
- Proficient in basic math; ability to read a tape measure and learn metric equivalents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Bilingual Spanish/English Encouraged
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and solutions.
- Learn to assemble and crimp industrial hoses using power tools and specialized machinery.
- Order management, organize inventory, and handle sales transactions.
- Work directly under a Store Manager to learn business administration and facility management.
