About The Position

Roberts Oxygen, a leader in industrial, medical, and specialty gases and equipment, is seeking a Store Manager Supervisor for the Baltimore Territory. This role is based in Baltimore, MD, with local travel required. The Store Manager Supervisor is accountable for the success of retail store operations, including supervising Store Managers, managing hiring and scheduling, overseeing store facilities, ensuring safety and licensure compliance, and contributing to area store performance. The position emphasizes cultivating strong customer and employee relationships and delivering excellent customer service to achieve company growth and financial objectives. The Store Manager Supervisor reports to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

3 years of store management experience
3 years of industry inside sales or customer experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer skills and usage of Microsoft Office Products to include Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and internet
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job duty

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher
CDL Driver License preferred or the ability to obtain
