This position is for a Store Manager in Training, with flexible availability. The role requires a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, and preferred experience in retail sales. The individual must be able to perform essential duties, supervise and train employees, and utilize computer skills for tasks such as report analysis, inventory control, and cash control. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for attending bank and corporate management meetings. The ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, is essential. The Store Manager in Training will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
