About The Position

This role assists the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store operations. The position involves scheduling employees, resolving store issues including customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with all required regulations and requirements. Additionally, the role assists with audits, proper placement and stocking of merchandise, ensuring hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions, and monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
