Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other customer-focused service industries
  • Proven ability to create, support, and maintain a customer-centric culture that prioritizes exceptional service and satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service.
  • Train, support, and motivate team members to help the store succeed.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily store operations.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product presentation throughout the store.
  • Support store profitability by helping manage expenses, payroll, and shrink.
  • Handle cash, deposits, reports, and store transactions accurately and securely.
  • Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed.
  • Analyze store performance and help drive sales growth and operational success.
  • Build leadership skills while preparing for future Store Manager opportunities.
