Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other customer-focused service industries
Proven ability to create, support, and maintain a customer-centric culture that prioritizes exceptional service and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Learn all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service.
Train, support, and motivate team members to help the store succeed.
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily store operations.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product presentation throughout the store.
Support store profitability by helping manage expenses, payroll, and shrink.
Handle cash, deposits, reports, and store transactions accurately and securely.
Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed.
Analyze store performance and help drive sales growth and operational success.
Build leadership skills while preparing for future Store Manager opportunities.
