About The Position
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking two full-time Store Manager in Training candidates for various stores in Licking County, Ohio. This position offers a pay rate of $15.45-$16.39 per hour and requires open availability, as the schedule depends on the needs of the store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people with disabilities, a working knowledge of retail settings and product display, exceptional customer service skills, and the drive to become a store manager. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees with enthusiasm and understanding, and ensuring quality control standards.
Requirements
- Ample experience in retail management
- A passion for working with people with disabilities
- A working knowledge of retail settings and product display

- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Learn to fill Propane tanks for customers
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
