Responsibilities

  • Keep it sparkling inside: Sweep, mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, floors, coolers, storage areas, windows, and doors so the store always looks fresh and welcoming.
  • Own the outdoors: Maintain the parking lot, landscaping, fuel kiosks, and exterior equipment, keeping everything safe, clean, and free of debris—even in tough weather.
  • Fuel and equipment pro: Check fuel dispensers, storage boxes, fire extinguisher cases, and other equipment daily; perform minor preventive maintenance and report any issues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Follow the rules: Complete fuel and cleanliness checklists, comply with fuel operating policies, local/federal regulations, and company standards to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Support smooth operations: Keep supplies stocked—receipt paper, washer fluid, paper towels—and maintain vacuums, carwash, and air towers so everything is ready for customers.
  • Stay sharp and connected: Attend meetings, stay up to date on policies, maintain uniform standards, and communicate questions or concerns to leadership promptly.
  • Team player mindset: Complete assigned tasks, help achieve shift goals, and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.
