About The Position

At Kurtz Bros, Inc. we produce the finest topsoil, mulch, and compost for beautiful yards and gardens. We hire at our nine store locations: Akron, Avon, Broadview Heights, Garfield Heights, Hudson, North Canton, Strongsville, Valley View & Willowick. Our typical time frame for hires is approximately 6 months but can vary based on our season/availability. Our hours are extended come March, so we would look to bring you on then, weather permitting. Seasonal employees are eligible for some benefits, 401k and employee discounts! (waiting period applies). We offer flexible schedules and strive to create a fun and enjoyable workplace! Requirements

Must be able to operate front-end loaders.
Must be able to pass a drug screen if operating company owned equipment.
Must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
