Qualify Food Centers (QFC) is seeking a Store Leader to manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. This role is responsible for making daily assessments of the store's ability to meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The Store Leader will also train and develop effective store associates to achieve desired sales and profit results, and coach and develop all store associates through both formal and informal interactions. The position requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
