Requirements

Supervisory or retail management experience
Leads with strong communication and people skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Passionate about developing teams and creating a positive culture
Can analyze business performance and take action
Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred)
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Valid Driver’s License with insurance
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve results
Coach and develop employees, helping them grow into future leaders
Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising and marketing execution
Create a welcoming, well-stocked, and safe store environment
Use business insights (sales reports, P&L, and metrics) to make impactful decisions
Recruit and retain top talent, building a high-performing team culture
Oversee daily operations—including cash handling, inventory, and loyalty program engagement
