Requirements

  • Supervisory or retail management experience
  • Leads with strong communication and people skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Passionate about developing teams and creating a positive culture
  • Can analyze business performance and take action
  • Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid Driver’s License with insurance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve results
  • Coach and develop employees, helping them grow into future leaders
  • Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising and marketing execution
  • Create a welcoming, well-stocked, and safe store environment
  • Use business insights (sales reports, P&L, and metrics) to make impactful decisions
  • Recruit and retain top talent, building a high-performing team culture
  • Oversee daily operations—including cash handling, inventory, and loyalty program engagement
