About The Position

We are currently seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as a Store Lead. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. Tide Dry Cleaners is a leading provider of premium dry cleaning services committed to delivering exceptional quality and convenience to our customers. Our new drop-off and pick-up location in Meridian, Idaho, at Eagle and Amity, aims to uphold our standards of excellence while catering to the local community's needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility and assist them with their drop-off and pick-up needs.
Receive garments from customers, carefully inspecting them for any stains, damages, or special instructions.
Process customer orders accurately using our system, ensuring all items are properly tagged and documented.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Operate cash register to process payments, issue receipts, and manage transactions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off and pick-up area, including sorting and organizing garments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and smooth operation of the facility.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the facility.
