About The Position

The Udder Bar is a family owned and operated Ice Cream Parlor located in the West End of Allentown, Pa. We opened our doors in 2017. We are looking for a dependable, honest, and out-going Leader with great customer service to work 25 to 35 hours a week. If you want to work for a small business and want to be treated like part of the family, than this is the job for you! Join our team as a Store Leader, where you will have the opportunity to lead a group of individuals dedicated to providing exceptional service while ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have lead experience in a fast paced/quick service restaurant
• Experience leading a mid-size team (12 to 30 employees)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience with inventory procedures
• Experience with store processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be willing to cover shifts as needed
• Food experience a must
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Be a leader with great organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare ice cream, milkshake, and sundaes for both customers and third party delivery services
• Help Train and hire new employees
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements
• Menu Creation
