In this role, you’ll support the Senior Store Manager with day-to-day operations, team communication, and overall store support. You’ll help foster a positive team environment, model the values of Five Daughters Bakery, and create a storefront experience that makes every customer feel welcome.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Google, Excel Spreadsheets, Scheduling systems, etc.
Organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
Open availability is important to help support the needs of the store and team.

Responsibilities

Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service by mentoring and coaching staff.
Point of contact for staff questions and call out coverage in the absence of the Senior Store Manager.
Ability to order supplies from Sysco, Kitchen, and Amazon at the Senior Store Manager’s request.
Responsible for working, or finding coverage for, call out shifts.
Assists in Inventory, receiving shipments, and additional administrative work as directed by the Senior Store Manager.
Assists Senior Store Manager in training new hires.
Troubleshooting technology issues and other issues that may arise with Shopify, Inventory and Delivery orders.
Uphold cleaning and organizing standards, general policy, etc.
Responding to staff slack messages, sending reminders, and encouragement on Slack.
Responsible for store specific personnel and operational communication.
Support Senior Store Manager with staff understanding and compliance with policies, procedures, and systems.
