Requirements

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security and readiness for daily operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing sales, returns, and deposits
• Assist customers with product inquiries, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals
• Take on shift leadership responsibilities, including supervising staff, managing store operations, and addressing customer concerns
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
