About The Position

The Store Flex Support Team Member plays a critical role in maintaining daily operations across all departments within the store. This highly versatile position supports departments with guest service, stocking, cashiering, Drive Up & Delivery, light food prep, receiving, and basic facilities tasks. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, adapts quickly to new responsibilities, and is committed to supporting the overall success of the store.

Requirements

Ability to multitask and shift quickly between departments and responsibilities.
Adaptability and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

Provide Guest Service support across all departments as assigned.
Operate registers, assist with Drive Up & Delivery, and support cashier operations.
Assist with receiving and stocking, including back-of-house organization.
Perform light production tasks such as prepping cut fruit, assembling salads, or working sandwich stations.
Deliver and review catering orders with Guests as needed.
Complete general store maintenance and special projects such as lightbulb replacement, power washing, or building displays.
Act as a secondary Receiver when needed to support store deliveries and documentation.
Uphold Plum Market’s standards for safety, cleanliness, Guest Service, and quality at all times.
