About The Position

NAPA is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across the metropolitan area. The driver represents the NAPA brand, provides friendly and professional customer service, and supports store operations. The role involves driving company vehicles, picking up parts from vendors, maintaining inventory and delivery records, and assisting with shipments and stocking. Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers accurately and on time.
Build customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while operating company vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
