About The Position

The Store Donation Attendant will interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting, providing outstanding service. This role involves receiving newly donated items, sorting and shipping recyclable items to support sustainability efforts, and unloading trailers safely and efficiently. The position requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. The dock team works together to care for donated items and provide excellent treasures for customers, whether shipping items to the wholesale team or separating recyclable materials. This role combines a passion for customers and community service.
